Frequently Asked Questions

When do I pay my deductible?

When your vehicle work is complete and you are satisfied with the repairs.

Should I cash the insurance check?

No, we recommend simply signing your insurance check over to Countyline Collision Center.

Do you have rentals?

We do not offer rental vehicles, however, there is an Enterprise within 4 miles of our shop.

Can we drop off after hours?

Yes, there is a dropbox out front.

Do you use OEM factory parts?

Yes, when possible we use OEM parts. If the insurance company fights for aftermarket parts, we work with the dealership to acquire OEM parts at aftermarket prices. Our loyalty is to you, not the insurance companies.

Do the repairs come with a warranty?

Yes, a limited lifetime warranty (as long as you own the vehicle).

Tell us how we can help!

We make it easy to get started! No matter how minor or major the damage is, simply submit pictures of the damage along with your contact information and we’ll reach out to you shortly.
